Add metadata to asset record

Trigger: A new or updated media asset is ingested into the media asset management system.

1. Receive notification of newly ingested media asset
2. Extract automated technical metadata from the file
3. Assign descriptive metadata such as title, genre, and keywords
4. Apply administrative and rights management tags
5. Validate entered metadata against standard taxonomy rules
6. Save and commit the enriched metadata to the asset record

Outcome: The asset record is fully populated with accurate descriptive, technical, and administrative tags to enable search, retrieval, and syndication.
