3. Define assembly sequences and workstation resource allocations
4. Run kinematic simulations for robotic cells and human ergonomics
5. Identify and resolve virtual bottlenecks and clearance issues
6. Export validated process plans to production systems

Outcome: The manufacturing process is fully validated in a virtual environment with finalized routing, cycle times, and resource requirements.
