Trigger: A new entity registers in the system or an existing entity requests an update to their location information.

1. Receive initial address input from the user or source system
2. Parse the address into standard components
3. Validate the address against authoritative postal databases
4. Resolve any invalid or missing address elements
5. Save the finalized address data to the master record

Outcome: The address details are validated, standardized, and saved into the master data repository.
